Educate the community on political processes, constitutional rights, and civic responsibilities.

Organizational Structure

A transparent and democratic governance model

UCEF Board

The Board provides oversight, approves bylaws and amendments, and safeguards the stability and inclusivity of our organization.

  • Permanent membership with rotating leadership every six months
  • Ensures compliance with FEC and state laws
  • Oversees democratic and inclusive governance
  • Provides continuity and stability

Action Committee

The Action Committee includes Board Members and Active Members who contribute time, expertise, or resources to UCEF activities.

  • Sets the annual program and agenda
  • Elects the UCEF Chairman for a two-year term
  • Establishes priorities for fundraising and advocacy
  • Meets at least twice annually

Executive Committee

A subset of the Action Committee that oversees day-to-day operations and execution of approved programs.

  • Manages daily administration of UCEF
  • Ensures federal and state reporting compliance
  • Reviews team performance and reports
  • Meets monthly to coordinate activities
